Feeling a little chilled this winter?
Ever have those days where you just can't get warm? Put an extra layer on...still cold. Turn up the heat.....still cold. I hate that feeling! Here are some NATURAL ways to increase your body’s internal heat:
*drink hot ginger tea
*take a bath with plenty of epsom salt
*skip the iced drinks and sip on hot water
*add a little spice to your meals
*create a massage oil using 1/4 cup of coconut oil one drop each of the following essential oils: ginger, cinnamon, clove, frankincense, and black pepper
*keep your upper chest continually covered with a extra cozy scarf, this is an area where we lose a lot of heat
These all sound incredible small and simple but they will surprise you when you begin to feel that internal “heat” rise!
